    I just hatched 15 lil chicks and this lil ones legg has looked like this from day one he/she gimps around and i just feel so bad soAny advice on what i should do about this lil ones legg.

    I just had a new hatch of chicks everyone is doing great but i have one baby chick whos left legg is off to the side not underneath like the others. Is there a way to correct this or is it something she/he is goong to have to deal with?

    lol haha no we seen it in a article we read when we decided to do this. its funny we where not paying attention for about 15 mins and we noticed a chick zipped half way around the egg already lol

    yup the ren festival is just around the corner from my house lol im new to the area we moved in July of 2013 from the Catskills . Oh and no chicks but there are holes and a lot of peeps cant wait the wife and I are sitting at the box cheering them on lol the one who I was worried about is fine...

    lol wow small world!!! I live in Sterling right off Lake Ontario about 25 min from Rochester. we are getting a small dusting so im sure with the lake affect we will be getting nailed soon..... we keep getting warnings but nothing major yet

    We started our with 5 red sexlinks from TSC a year ago we where there getting horse feed and the wice said the looked so cute we had to get some. Then after i raised them i tbought we need more eggs 6 a day wont do so we ordered 20female and 5 male astralorps. Needless to say now we have too...

    Black australorp and a few red sexlix australorp mix thay are from my own flock figured i have never seen a egg hatch and now i k.ow why people love hatching there own eggs lol

    I know i think im addicted to hatching lol the lil one i have been talking about the membrane went from white to clear? Does that mean he poke a hole or that its taking on moisture From the incubator?also 12 more have piped finally!!!!!

    Lol it is!!! I feel like i am in the delivery room waiting for one of my children to be born....... so stressful.

    No he piped through the right end just cant see. A whole in the membrain he is moving alot so im guessing he is doing fine just wanted to make sure this is normal. This is my first hatch ever and i have read every book and artical i could find. But never read anything about what this lil one...
