    I was hoping it was an actual breed. I like the small round crests. I find the huge polish crests too much, as they interfere with the birds vision. I agree that the color is likely artistic licence. But wouldn't they be beautiful if they were a true color.

    Here is my chick. It looks a little lighter because of the flash. I think that's why it looks a little yellow in the first picture when it really doesn't have any yellow on it.
