    I use old baking pans, old dog bowls, take out or heavy duty plastic meat containers. I try to use anything old and smooth or non-porous so it's easy to rinse out with the hose and refill... plus they're going to eventually ruin whatever you use :thumbsup

    I get this a lot, my chickens don't really pay any attention to the deer until they start trying to eat from the honeysuckle bush.. but the chicks, deer, and rabbits will all play nicely. Groundhogs on the other hand, send our rooster into a frenzy and get ran out of the yard..

    We have Barred Rocks, Leghorns, Wellsummers, Delaware White, RI Reds, Production reds, Araucanas, Americanas, Crested Bantams, Silkies, Cochins.. we like a variety and it's always great to see people's reactions to a carton of eggs ranging from the size of a golf ball to a baseball
