I just plopped some new birds into the flock today!
In one run.
I already had 9 warrens & two black rocks all hens.
I added 3 silver laced wyandottes (2 cocks and a hen) + 3 more black rocks (all hens).
There was a lot of fighting to establish the pecking order but they stopped after a few...
What I should have really mentioned is that they are free ranged birds & they do wonder round the garden eating grass & vegetable leaves.
Maybe that isn't enough?
Have you got any suggestions vitamin wise?

I have been keeping chickens for 10 years now & now have found a great feed for your chickens all year round!
I currently have 20 chickens & this is how I feed them.
I spend £17 a month on feed.
The feed is called Micronized Flaked Wheat made by mmf, but I don't just throw this at my chickens...
The one that is pictured alone is a welsummer bantam.
I have one that looks exactly the same that is 8 months old.
I am not sure whether it is a cock or a hen though! can't tell with mine either, it doesn't crow nor lay eggs.
