    I'm having the same situation sorta. I have three that started laying last may regularly with three eggs a day. In august we got three 12 week old babies. The big girls stopped laying all together and two went thru a lite molt and didn't lose too many feathers, but one just now in the past week...

    That's true! I have been blocking it off during the day when the door is open and they are out and about.     Yes! They are getting PLENTY!!! One funny thing is that one of the little girls is scratching about 5 days of food out of our PVC feeder! It's one of those PVC pipes that is 3 inches in diameter and about 3 ft tall with a "Y" on the bottom where they get the food out. The hole is only 3" around...

    i just got back from the man i bought them from and he gave me some sulphur stuff that he uses. he said to boil some rice and rinse it really well then add some of the sulphur to it and hand feed it to her. he uses rice because it holds moisture and gives the bird some liquid. i fed her...

    ok, now i know i'm a good chicky mommy! here's a photo of what got on my shirt (well, a little bit. it really wasn't much) it's very yellow and sticky. now that it's dry, it's kinda like buggars. it has no smell. do i need to give her a bath? some is stuck to her feathers.
