Wanted: Friendly, year old, BO or other very friendly Rooster somewhere near NY, CT, MA, Me, ePA

I have 14 gals who need a friendly, gentle fellow who won't be super hard on them. I'm willing to travel to get him. A buff is my first choice, but I am willing to consider any really docile rooster. I have grandchildren and I want to know that they're safe when around the coop.

To leave the turner in or take it out

So after 19 days should you remove the turner and place the eggs on the wire mesh at the bottom of the incubator? What do you do and why?
