    That is good! Let me state- I am not a vet, but maybe the toe is going to be fine. I wonder if while in the egg the toe was bent funny and received reduced oxygen. Then again maybe it is hemangioma. I will say a prayer for your little one! :fl.

    Have you tried to put your finger under the foot to see if it is able to grip your finger? Can the chick move it?
