That looks like the area where a chicks umbilical cord was. It's possible that it was damaged and caused a prolapse. I'm sorry this happened, hopefully the rest of your peeps are doing okay.

She is the oddball, I haven't been able to google any look alikes. I wouldn't be mad if she is a Sicilian buttercup, they are very pretty birds! She doesn't have a buttercup comb though, it is straight and the chick coloring on her was all brown so I don't think it is likely.
