    This is my thinking, too. I agree with an above poster that scrambled eggs are a better option for your birds’ health if you want a funny or “shocking” cannibal chicken video to show your friends.

    Please, do not do this. Native birds of prey and scavengers could consume your poisoned songbirds, and become poisoned themselves.
