I am the same way. Wish I had an answer for you. Mine sick one just passed last Sunday.

My chicken does the same thing. I've treated her for worms and have been force feeding her. She won't stand and hasn't stood up in almost 7 days. She just scoots along in the crate I have her in to get away from her poop! Is it possible for them to ever stand up again if it's been this long?

Got a question for you. When you used the safe guard wormer, how many times did you give it to your chicken? I just purchased some and wasn't sure if I give it once or over several days. Thanks

All of my chickens are around 17 months old. Was your hen so thin that her breast bone was very noticeable? I hope you are right :)
