    Had coyote come through and took out seven chickens in 24 hours, with 1 Buckeye hen survived. We are going to get new chicks but my question is, would it be possible to see if she will integrate herself in with them a mothering nature?     Thank you! I was at Tractor Supply today and saw that spray. I will go back and purchase. He is limping and he is standing on 1 foot regularly.

    Rooster 8 months old, run and coop cleaned daily for poop, they free range. Have not looked for lice and mites because I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for.

    I looked and did not see anything on base off feathers but will keep an eye out.

    I will take pictures tomorrow. I used betadine to clean. And coban not too tight, only on foot and not compressing feathers too tight on foot

    Our booted bantam is limping and upon inspection the only thing noticable on his foot and leg in a small crack on a toe and where the feathers enter the foot is pink/red and looks inflamed. We cleaned his foot and wrapped coban around and locked him in the coop (which he is s not happy about)...

    Ok, thanks. That's what I was thinking. Doesn't look like it would mix well.
