My area allows roosters, but they fall afoul (or afowl? ) of the same laws as a barking dog. The no crow collar has allowed me to keep both Penelope and the neighbors.
My concern is he started sneezing today, and of course his crow is raspy. Could the collar cause respiratory distress?
