Chicks were females. By the last two weeks you can easily see the males. I have multiple feeders to spread out the 35 birds I raise so the larger males cannot get more food
Six to eight weeks and these birds get heavy. If hot weather comes it feed them a bit less and give plenty of water. After six weeks cut back on food. They are meat birds not feathered friends.

A couple of thoughts come to mind. you might want to invest in the store bought containers that keep the stored water covered. I started with 5 individual gallon containers and have found the investment for a 7 gallon version keeps the birds (all 50 of them) happy.

Been using Prince feeds for over a year. Raising meet birds. I have had very good results . The birds put on the weight I expected and feed costs were under expected cost.
Just found this posting. We raised 36 Cornish this summer. Had decent weather for north central Wisconsin and had quite large roaming area for birds. They sure do eat a lot but they also kept clean and seemed to enjoy being outside. The larger ones moved around as fast as the smaller ones...
