There iswater proof tape you can get at rite aide,Called nexicare I can forward info on creating a splint if you wish I have used it and it works ,Being in water is good The xays can tell more info. There are vets on line that can help ou too! Good luck! rsp -

My question would be an x ray, I have been dealing with a floppy foot too! weather broken joint so a styrofoam base with waterproof tape to help the function of the foot. good luck -
