Rght now we have an old fashion feed grinder hooked up to a motor and we grind our own feed, adding the necessary nueteients, but when we had fewer birds, we used a blender. The different settings allow for different sized feed.

Is there anybody else following this forum, or in south Dakota, who has an interest in or keeps seramas? I have some and think they are just the friendliest birds!
I generally ask people as many questions and check the vibe I get from them. If they don't know much about chickens or admit they don't have proper space or setup, I don't sell, but maybe a will up my price a bit.
On average, how much do you all sell chicks for? I live in south Dakota, I know I've heard some people asking $100 for a type a breeding pair. I have not heard anything on chicks. I purchased one roo and three hens for $16.
