Ok last question lol. So he took what seemed forever to develop. Like I thought he was a hen for a really long time even after sexing him correctly as a chick. Is slow development common?
He was suppose to be an ameraucana but clearly he isnt. As a chick he actually had the cheek puffs like the others but lost it when he got older. I got him at tractor supply's out of a bin that was supposed to be only lavender orps and Ameraucanas. He has no feet feathers and has blueish...

Oh ok im about to get my silkie eggs tomorrow and this will be my first time with silkies so i was checking out the difference from bearded and non breaded and saw that you were easily sexing them. Thanks for the tip. That will help.
New here. I live right outside hillsboro. I was wondering if anyone knows any other Hatcheries that sell hatching eggs. I'll be getting some from the feathered Hatchery in hillsboro but I would love to know of anymore near by.
