What breed is this?

He was suppose to be an ameraucana but clearly he isnt. As a chick he actually had the cheek puffs like the others but lost it when he got older. I got him at tractor supply's out of a bin that was supposed to be only lavender orps and Ameraucanas. He has no feet feathers and has blueish greenish gray legs.

They come in different colors, EEs are great breeds and the roosters are typically nice

Ok last question lol. So he took what seemed forever to develop. Like I thought he was a hen for a really long time even after sexing him correctly as a chick. Is slow development common?

Yes, all my EEs were pretty slow, and the hens are always the last to lay.
Has to be an EE. They can have muffs and often look like that.

Lol ok because I was really worried about him for awhile like all the others developed at a good rate but with him he just started getting his roo tail feathers. Thank you all so much
