Incubating Crevecoeur hatching eggs - tips?

Has anyone ever hatched Crevecoeur eggs? Are they difficult to hatch? Any tips? I raise purebred Silver laced barnevelders right now and just ordered Crevecoeur and mottled houdan eggs. I know some breeds are harder to hatch than others. I have a sportsman 1502.

Here's another photo of my roos. They all look very similar. I assume that's a good thing.

    Silver laced barnevelder

I need help with guidance of how to choose roosters for the silver barnies. I always thought that the whiter they are the better for breeding stock? I am trying to breed very nice barnies. This is my first time getting into purebreds. I got eggs from 3 breeders so I have diversity in my...

    Partially fill incubator - tips?

I have 16 purebred eggs coming tomorrow, I am trying to figure out how to load my incubator. It holds 42 with the Turner. I have a little giant with a turner. Should I take a couple of the Turner bars out and add a bottle of water? Do I load the eggs into the middle of the incubator? I...

Black ameraucana crossed with a barnevelder

I have 3 9 week old black ameraucanas crossed with silver barnevelder hens, that I received as an oops with my purebred hatching eggs. Can anyone tell me which are hens and Roosters? I think I could have 2 roos? This is the first time I have had ameraucanas. They seem to be very hard to decifer.

Sour crop? Impacted crop? Doesn't fit any of these

Here's a better picture of the poo. It looks pretty mucusy today, but there's no blood or worms

Sour crop? Impacted crop? Doesn't fit any of these

Here's some photos. She had a small poop when I brought her in. I assume from the stress. I will get a better one once she poops again. Yesterday it looked normal but a bit runny. She is lively. She is protesting being in the kennel today right away. I do hear some "air" when I massage...

Sour crop? Impacted crop? Doesn't fit any of these

The food was out of it but it is huge. So she's digesting the food. She's walking around with no neck again too. I have a friend bringing me a small kennel to use this morning. I will isolate her in it in the coop with water again and get it cleared out. Would this be sour crop? Even...

Sour crop? Impacted crop? Doesn't fit any of these

I have a 7 week old silver laced barnevelder that I thought had sour crop. I brought her in this morning after taking the food away all night last night. I found a YouTube video of a mix of some herbs and lemon juice and water. I syringed it to her a couple times, by the end of the afternoon...
