thing is about that barley as nice as it may seem, if it leftover from beer or whatever, it may not contain enough nutrients,,, be careful there...I was told that from a friend who both had chickens and made beer.

Coconut oil would be a deodorant.;) So deodorants don't clog you up, but antiperspirants do. I went through a bout of detoxing my armpits...
As for colds and flu, I love to make fire cider for the fall/winter season...not a bad idea to drink a shot daily for that matter. Total immune system boost...mommies put it in apple juice for their kids...
