    What are the differences between symptoms of chickens with worms & cocci? How can you tell if your chickens have one or the other. If the problem is cocci and you treat with Corid, how long before you see improvement in your ill hens? Thanks!

    Misc. problems, could they be related?

    Thanks everyone. I've tried cleaning them up again and removed a few of the feathers around the vent that were particularly "crusty". I will see how things go. So far everyone still seems healthy, no out of the ordinary behavior, etc. So hopefully this wil help.

    Thanks so much for the response. I've stopped giving them the scratch as regularly and things seem to have worked themselves out. I think I was probably giving them too much which was causing them to eat less of the Layena...hence, not enough protein.
