Training them to not run away from you?

Needed to put no crow collars on the cockerels, plus i wanted to just do wellness checks. They're docile once caught, will let you pet them forever

    Roo or hen?

Americauna roo would be my guess. Here's mine. Also barnyard mix, mine's definitely a roo

Training them to not run away from you?

Is there way to train your chickens so that they won't run away when you try to catch them? We have to trap ours in the coop and even then catching them is a chore. What can I do so They will allow me to handle them?

    Wattles

Do all Cockerels have wattles? I have a young (12 - 15 weeks) bird that I am pretty sure is a Roo, but I cannot definitively tel! (S)He has a pea comb, and no wattles. Do all roos/cockerels have wattles?

MOLES! How do I get rid of them?! They've decimated my mounds in my garden, they're all soft. My plants have no support now, I'm afraid I'm gonna lose so mu. I've got to direct sow everything I still can, and cross my fingers 🤞

I'm up near the airport. Hello!

Is this a roo? I'm so confused! (Newbie)

Up close ( & not a photo), the pea comb is pink, so that one is still questionable. Long term, I will likely cull the more problematic roo for a dinner down the road
