    My 2 week old chick has pasty butt and when she poops i see a bit of her internal muscle? come out..I use a warm, wet Qtip and clean the area then use Prep H to reduce swelling. It's been working well so far and I'm hoping that as she grows that internal bit stays where it belongs / goes back...
