    I see...Since the birds are fully feathered now, if they did go through a molt then they seem to be through it now. Between the move, the possible molt, their age and the shortening days, any chance we get eggs before the days start to get longer? Thanks, -Dave

    Haha, I didn't think about that but it is a fitting color for the EE's. Yes I will paint it, my kids want to paint a little more but I will make sure once they had their fun that I cover any exposed wood they may have missed with some paint. -Dave
