I really appreciate it. Reason is because they need to be brought inside my house into a smaller space if it snows due to their living space situation, and these particular ones don’t do well in confinement like that over long periods of time.
Hello again,
It’s it possible to get a day you’d be able to meet so I can find out if I need to be driving or my husband. We are expecting snow Saturday (don’t know how much) but I would like to possibly take them to you before that because the following week it’s supposed to be snowing all week.
Thank you for the confirmation that I’m doing the right thing. I’ve been praying about what I should do and you just confirmed His will for this situation.
Sweet! Mine love foraging so that’s good. For reference I’ve only fed them organic and they have not been vaccinated or anything. Don’t remember telling you but 2 lay and 2 have not laid yet.
Thanks! Where I got these they were listed as “rare breed” and “brown egg layers”. My children raised them (first time with animals) and we have been guessing their breeds.
Ok, Bakersfield is 3 hrs 45 minutes from me. Do a search from Big Bear to where you are and find something in the middle. I could drive on the valley side or the desert side on the mountains, whichever towns are closer.
