I received 4 chicks in a brown egg-layer surprise box. I’m not sure what breed the two red ones are in the front, and I’m wondering if it’s soon enough to tell if the one on the left is a cockerel. Thank you so much!
Thank you! I had a feeling about it being a cockerel, just wanted a second (or more) opinion. We live in the country so I am allowed to have a rooster, just not really excited about it at the moment. At least I don't have to change his name, Dixie. :lol:

I can take them outside for a more official photo session tomorrow, I didn't get to it today until the sun went down. It probably didn't help that I forgot to turn off the heat lamp before taking the photos either...

We went to TSC for our first chicks ever - asking for 3 Gold Sex Links and 3 Buff Orpingtons. Well, when we got home I discovered that 1 was definitely a Naked Neck... so now I am a little unsure about the others. These pretty ladies (fingers crossed!) are a little over 3 weeks old today...
