Buckwheat?

Okay, question from the Noob: I want to seal a particle board (walls) and plywood (floor) coop before laying vinyl or linoleum over the floor. What is a good non-toxic sealer. I just painted some interior rooms with semi- gloss paint, but that doesn’t seem like the right stuff.

James is actually my given name, not my surname. I taught in Asia for 18 years and my students found my surname too difficult so they just used Mr. James. Visiting lecturers thought I was British until they heard me speak! 🤣
