One already hatched! Heard some peeping, and there he was. He isn't moving, want to pick him up, but I not sure if I should. Do they generally lay so still? Should I take him back to the hen, If he is okay?

Just discovered that a mink got into my chicken coop. There are some eggs left in a nest, not sure how they have been there. It temperature here is still around 32 degrees at night. Can the eggs be saved? I would like to put them in a incubator if possible.
