Have two bantam hens sitting. One hatched hers last night. They were all dry. Moved them all to a closed in pen for the rest of the day. While picking up the unhatched eggs, found four of them peeping, but no cracks. Put one of them under the other hen. Hurried up and heated up incubator, and put three of them in. Not sure if I should leave them alone, or help them out? Please help.

The five that I found later, were just put in the incubator for about two hours now.

I also laid them down took the egg turner out.
Would that be alright?

One already hatched! Heard some peeping, and there he was. He isn't moving, want to pick him up, but I not sure if I should. Do they generally lay so still? Should I take him back to the hen, If he is okay?

Leave everything alone. Give them at least 24 hours before you open the bator. They'll lay still for a while, they're just resting. Can take up to 12 hours before they get fluffy (sometimes longer) depending on humidity. If you open the bator you'll great reduce the chances for the other 2 in there hatching!

Long story short, incubator fell, after putting everything back together, 1/2 hour later another one hatched. He hatched about 1am this morning. Now, do I put the two of them back under the hen with all the others? The one must be getting thirsty by now? Also, checked the other hen and the egged hasn't hatched yet. Might have to go through the eggs and find the chirping one and put it in the incubator?
This has been quite an experience. Really appreciate all your advice!
