    Help me identify these chickens

My husband picked up these and the brown ones are supposed to be brown leghorn pullets (17 weeks) and the other I’m not sure (it is 11 weeks). Can anyone help me one of the leghorns seems like a cockerel but doesn’t have the right coloring?

    Is this a roo?

That is what I thought. If he is already showing mean tendencies should I get rid of him? I really don't want a rooster I have to be afraid of, or do all roosters have a mean streak?

    Hi All

We were thinking maybe some buff orpingtons and my husband has fond memories of barred rocks. I'm not sure if its advisable to have different breeds together?

    Hi All

No eggs yet, this is our first time having chickens so not sure when they start laying. I figure they're about 11 1/2 weeks old now.

    Is this a roo?

A friend of ours bought them and we split the order up as you couldn't order small amounts, I think the order was for 300 chicks. I assumed it was a hatchery.

    Is this a roo?

Got the chicks April 2nd, so they're around 11 weeks old. They are supposed to be Hy-line Browns. One looks different is it a rooster? I thought the sexlink Roos were light colored?
