    Gamebird grower feed for ducks?

    I was told by my local feed store that you can use gamebird starter for ducklings. Is this true, they don't have duckling starter. I'm going to have some hatchlings in the next few days. Michael

    My new Automatic Waterer.

    I put together something very similar and the birds drink out of the cups but they don't push don on the plunger that refills the cups. Anyone else with this system have that problem?

    I have the cup watering system shown in this pic. My chickens drink out of it but they don't push the little plunger to refill the cups. Any suggestions on "teaching them" how to do that??

    First Ducks

    I have a broody Ameraucan sitting on 4 duck eggs. I figured the only way to break her 2 month brood was to give her something to mother, and I wanted some ducks any way. So she is sitting in one of the nest boxes in my big chicken house. I'm building a sceond smaller coop and it will be ready...
