    Thanks but its not feathers its just murky water. The filter material is clean and the spongey filter under the course filter is pretty clean. Just wondering it the ducks give off a lot of oils or fine dirt during moulting or something else.

    My Mallard ducks male and a female are molting and their pond is just dirty water. All summer and spring the pond was crystal clear with the filters Now filters don't even help every 5-7 days pond gets dirtier and dirtier. Any ideas ?

    Thanks for the info.. Remove 11 of the 21 eggs and the next day there was 12. 4 days later there was 16. Removed all yesterday and today there is one new egg. Never sat at all..
