    I really need somr advice, I recently found out that my parents fed my 2 month old chicks layer feed, they are 3 months now, so they've been on it for about a month. I read that it can damage their organs. So I'm really worried and upset. My question is should I get them back on chick starter...

    She is a year old and I do have two roosters. I thought it might be over mating as well. Also it does get pretty cold here. In the winter at night it can get below freezing. I might do the sweater thing. Thank you for the help! :)

    Yeah I thought about that too but the flock was born on the same day as her. So shouldn't everyone be molting? Also she has been like this for a couple months.

    I have a Silkie that's about 4 months old and it has a single comb. The comb is also lopsided. Is this a bad thing? I'd really appreciate any information on this.

    For the past couple of weeks I've noticed one of my silkie hens has been peering in a way? I know chickens can't Pee this is why I'm concerned. She has clear liquid coming out of her vent. I'm not even sure if shes pooping to be honest. Also everytime I hold her she she almost always "pees"...

    Just wanted to update that I had another chick hatch today from under the heat lamp and this one was under there for 6 days! I also hear peeping coming from inside another egg. It's pretty amazing :)
