Is it because of the different colors? Are pullets usually solid? Would he be considered a Sizzle?

Hi, I bought this pullet (?) and was told she's a cochin/silkie mix. Can someone confirm this is a pullet (approx 5 months old) and what would her breed be? Thanks for any help, kind of new to this.
