    Me too! I am glad she is recovering. But she obviously needs a bit more. You don't want her to force herself and pull it again or pull something else we can't fix. So yes, keep her confined another week and hopefully by then she can walk well enough. Keep me posted! :)
    Thanks! That is my Maltese boy....such a baby! When ever he is alone in the house, he snuggles in those stuffed Raven animals! LOL
    As for Hershey, she is probably very weak from not using the leg for so long. So it may take a while to rebuild muscle. She probably did sprain it since it has taken so long to heal. So don't let her jump down from high roost bars or anywhere. Make sure she roosts low to the floor. And I wouldn't let her do too much at first as she could resprain it. So keep her confined for another week and she will probably heal completely. Keep me posted. :)
