I have never seen a Russian Orloff chick with yellow skin. Their shanks are yellow, but the skin of their face, including the comb, should be pink or red; pink at this age.
There's nothing else I could think of that it might be, though. It looks like an odd colored Russian Orloff.

Late update for day 10 when I candled to see who was developing and who wasn't, out of my 7 silkie eggs 3 didn't develop at all. I cracked them open and there was absolutely nothing that went on in them, just infertile or otherwise failed to develop.
