The coop 6x4x7. I have 11 chickens and 3 ducks. Everything I've read says it should be enough space. 2 of the hens spent a couple weeks with the ducks as chicks in the broader before they got separated. And no free ranging, don't trust my dogs enough.
That's what I was thinking. I just didn't want to force them in every night for the next few weeks if I didn't have to. The chickens arnt bad but the ducks are hard to catch. Lol thanks for the help!

His legs are fully feathered and he has a lot on his feet too. I don't think he is new Hampshire because of his leg feathers. The hen in the picture is the same mystery breed.
I have cochin cockerel about 10 months old that needs a new home. He is not aggressive but is a little rough on the ladies. Only getting rid if him because i have too many roosters for how many hens i have.
That's about what I was thinking. I'm still pretty new to chickens though so I wanted to make sure he wasn't gonna stay this...spunky. The head rooster gets after him for it, but it doesn't slow him down for long.
I have a 6 month old polish cockerel, he is very rough with the hens and almost constantly after them. Is this something that will ease off as he gets older or can I expect him to always be very rough with them?
