I have a chicken that has an open soar on both sides of its head right behind the eye. the open part of the sore is about half the size of a penny and it is yellow on the inside. Does anyone know what it could be?
Over the weekend we had some really cold weather, but in the barn it didn't get below 40 degrees. My chicks who are about 6 weeks old and are fully feathered are starting to crowd, even though they have more than enough room and fresh bedding. Any advice on what to do would be very much appreciated
I have some red sex-link and barred rock hens they are currently 24weeks old and most of them have been laying for about 2weeks now. They have access to outdoors where they can eat grass and play in the dirt and what not.
My question is if anyone knows if this ration would be correct..I mix...
