    Okay so ive been looking on the site and now im thinking she might be trying to lay her first egg but this straining has been going on for 2 days now and if shes egg bound will she make it? Any help would be greatly appreciated its late should I give her a warm bath now or in the morning?

    Thank you i think you're right after looking at the brown leghorns they look just like my hen. The personality fits also i hope that changes a little shes very hard to put back in the coop

    Thank you it does kinda look like them mine just seems alot darker than the ones lve looked up. She does have a single comb and the yellow legs so that fits she is very jumpy and skiddish
