    What were the sizes of your turkeys?.........never mind on that, I see the weights now. We process our two today, dressed weight was 45.5 and 30.0 LBS. We had a hard time finding a big big enough and went with garment vacuum bags. Both will be cooked on Thanksgiving so they wont be in the bags...

    the sensor is inside the coop.....I have another weather station on the other side of our property that gives me the actual "outside" weather. Right now the temp inside the coop is 44 and the RH 84%. The actual outside temp is 38 and RH 68%

    so my wife came home back in April or so with two bantam chicks. She thought they were Serama Bantams but I am not so sure. They look a lot like Gray Japanese, but not close enough to be sure. So I figure I would ask the experts. My daughter loves them. We ended up with one roo.

    Yes, we got two Pekin and three Khaki Campbell. The Pekin are going to be meat birds, the Campbells will be layers.
