Bantam ID Needed

so my wife came home back in April or so with two bantam chicks.
She thought they were Serama Bantams but I am not so sure.
They look a lot like Gray Japanese, but not close enough to be sure.
So I figure I would ask the experts.

My daughter loves them.
We ended up with one roo.

Thanks, we hope the other is a hen but they look to much alike to be male and female.
Only one of them crows.
