Hello, I was around through some online chicken pages, and noticed that there are two egg farms close to my house, (1-2 hours away) I want to know what is everyone else's experience in rescuing battery hens? Any tips for doing such? Thanks in advance!

he will drink lots, i dont give him too much or else he'll drown. once every 2 days he will eat a bit of medicated starter on a bit of water to make it softer for him he will eat only a little bit. his poop is the same since he was born, so im not too worried about that, but i am concerned about...

antibotics is probably a good idea, get some to mix with the water to get him energized and "hiper." is he thirsty? if he opens and closes his mouth he could be wanting water? when was the last time he had any water?
