Did you get it out? Ive seen my hens eat a lot of bad things, like pieces of plastic or screws and they always passed them with no issues. I dont know about glass though, hope your both ok!

That looks like what has happened to some of mine before when they get picked on. I would use the blu-kote so it would mask the blood and that usually would clear it up.
