I read water meters for 3 days every month, luckily I have found only a few snakes and I read the meters in the rural part of Blanchard. I do kill about 5 Black widows a month though, they love water meter boxes.
Channel 9 is showing the tornado going across Shawnee lakes , CJarvis lives very near the twin lakes, I hope they are ok. That wall cloud started here in the Blanchard area

If the wire you buried is still a few feet high around the pen, that may be enough. Unless there is something they can climb close to the pen, like a tree.
Sounds like a respiratory problem, most people use Tylan50, you can get it at Atwoods or your feed store might carry it. I don't remember the dosage, maybe someone else will remember.
