    We were told they were all pullets...Belle isn't the favorite of the kids so it would be ok but still a bummer. (We can't keep roosters in town)

    Everytime someone posts a picture of a chick with any red on it, everyone says MALE. 3 of my "pullets" have a little red on their beaks. I sure hope they are girls. Does red/pink always mean boy?

    How late into the year do they sell chicks?

    So I have 5 and they are 6 weeks old. I can only keep females. If a few end up being roosters, I may want to get some more. When do stores stop selling them?
