Red=male?

Everytime someone posts a picture of a chick with any red on it, everyone says MALE. 3 of my "pullets" have a little red on their beaks. I sure hope they are girls. Does red/pink always mean boy?

I'm seeing "red" comb & wattles = cockerel but alot depends on age/breed
Guessing EE about 6 + wks? IF so, my guess is Cockerel/male
