    I took a quick look at her liver, and it didn't seem pale to me. There was a lot of fat around most of it though, so I didn't examine the whole thing. That still sounds like an interesting possibility. Thank you!

    My free range pekin's didn't make it home last night. I have spent quite a bit of time trying to call them back as they usually come when called. It hasn't worked yet. Any ideas?
