    I'm on a treadmill, I used to walk outside but my walking trail was torn up by hogs and it really hurts my back to walk through those ruts, it's also just a major hazard for my ankles. I have a small tv and while I walk I watch Anne of green gables.

    Two miles in an hour. Taking it at a slower pace was actually pretty nice and I liked it much better than powering through a half mile at a higher speed.
