I was not trying to be sarcastic or hurt you in any way. I have spent decades searching for Truth. That journey has been important to me. My question was an attempt to find a TV program worth watching. I have read your posts and like what I read.
Did my question kill the thread or is the discussion about the quarantine over and my question and the lack of further posts just a coincidence?
"What is truth?"
I never allowed a dangerous rooster to live long enough to find out if they improve. You will need to decide if it is just aloof and not being friendly or dangerous and needs to be your next chicken dinner.
I bought bulkhead fittings from Amazon and clothes washer hoses from Home Depot.
Have fun connecting one 5, 10, 25 gallon plastic water container to 2 inch PVC, vertical or horizontal waterers and hoses running from cage to cage
Welcome!
I have been interested in Delawares for a while, here is a link to Kathyinmo and another that I got from her thread.

I would guess that the answer to fowl getting Lyme disease is: yes.
Maybe contact your state agricultural university or Center for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta, GA, USA for a better (correct) answer.
I have had symptoms three times and taken the antibiotic each time.
I have tried to understand rooster behavior. I think your rooster's behavior is normal. If I can be so bold as to describe what I think he is thinking. He thinks you are either going to mate his hens or hurt his hens. If he decides you are going to mate with them he is going to knock you off...

I gave you a "like" for your post but I was offended by the words:

In today's victim culture everyone is a victim and is easily offended if they choose to be.
