    I have two Rhode Island Red roosters and a thing called a Rosecomb and a little buff looking hen. that run loose until I get their chicken place finished. Dogs killed my other hens and nearly killed the Rosecomb.

    What makes a coop "Fort Knox" predator proof?

    You did an awesome job on that. I wish mine was as neatly done. I did the bottom of my fence like yours and my chickens have begun digging holes under the boards on the bottom. The biggest one is about 3" to 4" long and 2" thick. We have lots of snakes, coyotes and other vermin.
