    HELP Snake infestation, striking at chickens

    I'm having the same problem! I have killed one 5 ft black snake that was CLIMBING the exterior wall of my coop AFTER I had interrupted his egg dinner and threw him out of my coop. Now I'm still missing eggs!! What can I do to stop the dang things!! Any suggestions?

    Hello! Im moving to south central (Hegins) PA the first week of April. I currently have about 50 birds that I adore! I wont be able to move them all, so will be hatching like crazy as soon as I get all settled in. Would love to get to know some chicken addicts in my area!

    March Egg Swap Addresses sent

    Roo or Pullet???

    Well, we will never know what the 2 black chicks would have been. I went out to care for them the other day and there was piles of feathers outside the run and only the brown chick was left!! I have no idea what got them!! I moved the remaining chick back to the brooder with my 3 welsummer...
